Experienced a flat tire headed home from work, and contacted the service department for assistance (not long before they closed for the evening). Johnny was exceptional from the moment I first called to rushing to get to the dealership before they closed. He was also very patient and informative with helping me select the best tire for my jeep (which if you have a Jeep you know that tires can be expensive)! Looking forward to going back and working with Johnny to get my other tires replaced as well! 😊
