I’ve had nothing but great service every time I’ve needed to take my car in to the service station here. My service advisor is Elaine and she is absolutely fantastic - transparent on price, timely and responsive on status updates, and is usually able to get me in a loaner vehicle if they’re keeping my car overnight. Their complimentary shuttle service is also very convenient, and I was even more surprised that when a shuttle could not pick me up, they arranged for an Uber to pick me up and bring me back to the service shop to pick up my loaner car, as there wasn’t one available earlier in the day when I dropped off my car, but Elaine was able to secure one by the afternoon. While there are a lot of options for car repairs and tire purchases in Houston, I very much appreciate the high level of customer service and quality of the repairs performed every time. Plus you get a free car wash, and if you would rather stay and wait on your vehicle, you can enjoy the lounge upstairs with free snacks. Thanks to Elaine and the entire Advantage BMW Midtown team!
