John was my service advisor and I loved having him! He was communicative, and he actively worked to get results so my stay wasnt as long as I expected. He and his team, including Marco, the new and amazing Service Manager, were welcoming, understanding, kind, and relaxed, giving the service department a stress-free feel. They took good care of me, and joked with me the whole way through. I almost look forward to my next servicing! Thanks guys!
