Carlos in Service, made our visit all around outstanding. Was very helpful and informative, and the service was super fast. We called and left a message around 3pm, Carlos text us back not long after that. We needed two new tires, and called to check if they had any in stock and to have them verify with warranty that they would pay for both replacement tires. Brought the car in early the following morning, Carlos had to order the brand and size to match what was on the vehicle and had everything installed and paid for before he got off at 4pm SAME DAY. Very impressed and happy with the Amazing service we recieved at VW of Alamo heights Service Department. Thanks Carlos.
